I don't know.  On the one hand, while I'm out of the game and don't really have a stake in the matter, this does make quite a bit of logical sense.  On the other hand...

Alright, he's what I go so far: First off, Leo, as indicated by the read line heads down and heals Grifen up, letting her get back onto her feet. Then, Sonja moves to 10,11 and waits for candy. Candy then moves to 9,12 and dances both Sonja and Grifen. This allows Grifen to move, and enables Sonja to head further up to 13,10 to thunder the axeman standing in Julius's way.

After Candy has moved, Fezz moves to 9,15 and attacks either target. Then Alec moves to 8,15 and refreshes both Fezz and Leo, letting them move and assist wherever they think is best

Julius isn't to do anything until we get the results of Sonja's attack, because what he can do is limted by that. If said axeman is killed, he has to move to 14,8 and attack the crossbowman there using worm. Given his speed, he can double the crossbowman and given said crossbowman attacking in the enemy phase, kill him in short order.

Anyone else not mentioned in the plan has free reign to do whatever they think would help, providing that it doesn't get in the way of the main moves. For example,. if BMM wants Sheila to attack axeman B, he needs to wait for Sonja to take her second move.
