So my idea is Julia heals Griff, then Alyssa moves in where I was and performs for both of them so they can attack this round. Sakura would also get two turns.

Hopefully terrain we can pass through. Julia might be able to make a grab for the treasure if it's passable. I can revive Griff if there is space though.

If this happens, Griff can run south and oneshot the gargoyle. Something to consider.

Fezzina can still get it, but that leaves Candy and Eva alone for a few turns, which is bad. Sakura can grab them instead though, or take Fezzina/Griff's key and grab it herself.

Negative on the rescue. Sakura might be able to grab Candy, but Efa has no way of getting over. Both of our mages Aid Stat is too low to rescue her.

For Alyssa to play for everyone though, we'll need to get Leona out of the way. Which, I can do that if you'd like once we get rolling here.

Candy can't even perform right now, so it's kind of a moot point. And SerCon altered Leona's move to place her east of Sheldon, I think, so once Julia heals Griff, Alyssa can perform for Sheldon, Sakura and Griff.

Miguilla would probably best attack the jester. If Griff gets played for I'm going to have him move south to where Miguilla currently is to shoot the gargoyle. That way there's little need for a rearguard.

With how low her health is, you may be able to take a pot shot at her with your hatchet and completely avoid retaliation. Granted, I haven't done any math on that at all. Don't take my word on that.
