Okay, assuming Efa does not hit the goblin (let's be fair, now), I can... do 20 damage over both turns, without a crit.

Which will not kill him. My first attack cannot kill, period, and will have a 13 percent chance to crit (I think), while my second attack will have an 18 percent chance, which could produce kill.

So, this plan is not super good.
