So far I know Alec(Bard) and Candy(Dancer) to be the performers. Rolepgeek also said he was thinking about Bard or Dancer, though that'll likely result in a Kung-Fu fight to the death between us all for the spot

See, I didn't realize Alec was a Bard. If we've already got Perform, there's no need for another Dancer. I think I'll go ahead and reclass Candy to Thief just because I want Steal in the party. We NEEEEEED stealing.

Though if you ask me we probably could use more healing, the only healer we have in the roster so far is SC's Leo, and we don't know if he'll have consistent internet access by game start .

Well if we have no mages maybe I will go the mage route, I prefer dark but covering the bases is also important, it also makes trainee->1st class easier to fluff

Edit: I am thinking mage knight for my 2nd class so If we need a healer I can Go Priest Trainee->Troubadour->Mage knight (of course a sage can call healing magic, but it'd suck to have no healer before second class) (or would a Valkyrie be better than a mage knight if i go the healing route?)

Grifen is being set up as a psuedo-medic. She has a PS that makes healing items extra effective and the Savior ability to pick up wounded allies without taking a Speed hit. She can't use staffs yet, but if she promotes to Nomad Medic we'll have two powerful healers.

Same here, but it seems like the role of a high-DEF unit seems free. I might either go Sentinel or Knight with my character.

You can chalk me down as a 'for certain' Monk -> Holy Guard.

EDIT: The wyvern riders can fill the nitch of high Def units. It isn't hard, consider Def is a preferred stat for them. Hell, Salvatore is at 20 DEF, and when he promotes 24. I wasn't even focusing on it, just gave it a seventy and let it climb. You can easily make a literal flying Alexander.

Or you could indeed go for a knight, in which case I suggest the wondrous, if underused, ability that is Hold the Line.

Also yeah, we can use a good tank, that's pretty much the only archetype we don't have by now (though I don't doubt some of us are building our characters for high DEF and RES)

Building mine for evasion, mostly. She shouldn't be getting attacked or countered very much, especially if she manages to get crossbows.
