I think Sal was 5'6", whatever height Charlotte was is what I remember. Fezz is the same height as Leo, which I think was 5'8".

Gregor is 5'10", Grifen is 5'5", and Ursa is around 6'8". Big guy, though I'm not sure he would fit in a dating sim :P

Well, Sara's around 6'6". Before anyone asks, I just rolled a 1d100, 1-50 being five foot, 51-90 being six foot and 91-100 being seven foot. Rolled a 96, so rolled the height back into somewhat more "Realistic" proportions :v

It's because his head is angled down, so people feel like they're looking down at him. That is why that is happening.
