The Frigid air of the city chills each of you to the bone as you wait within the saferoom that you had all stumbled across. The office building had been under renovation so plenty of random building material is scattered about. Some has obviously been used to try to stave off the infected attacks. Suddenly a loud noise resembling a large vehicle comes from somewhere outside “Attention any survivors! This is Herbert Johnson! If you have food or weapons proceed to the Fifth Street Truck Stop! Please! I will provide safe passage to anyone who can contribut- holy shit!” A loud screech sounds “I can’t stay here! Proceed to the truck stop! Herbert out!”
Each of you looks at eachother. “The truck stops about an hour away on foot… Maybe we should head out? I mean we’re out of food but…” you gesture towards the weapons that you had piled in the corner. Each of you had been a little unsure of it but… well you’ve been left for dead by the military. Maybe Herbert could save you. Glancing out of the small slit in the safe-room door you see several infected. None of them have noticed you yet. You could easily pick them off from here.
Name: Clair Greenwoods
Physical Appearance: A red haired woman with blue eyes and a slender build. She wears a straight jacket(sleeves are ripped to a more manageable length) and jeans made for a lot of wear.
Personality: Depend. You got Clair, the normal, shy one. She has a defeatist outlook. You got Amy, a bloodknight who seek out fights and taunts everyone, even her allies. You got Sue, the cloud cuckoo. And finally Uriel, who believe herself above everyone else.
Backround: She been in an asylum for the last 15 years(is now 26) and she think that she got the keys out of the place from a now rekilled zombie, but it was Amy in charge at the time so who knows.

Physical Appearance: 18 Year old freshman. Has curly brown hair, a skinny build, and an average face. Hes wearing track pants, a white T-shirt, and green running shoes.
Personality: They try to keep morale up without going on with elaborate jokes. They are rather easy going until someone gets downed, then hes stone colded berserker.
Backround: Marks was just getting settled into his apartment near his college when the outbreak hit. He grabbed a pistol and a few mags off of a dead cop. He ran into the other survivors along the way and is helping them get out of the infected areas best he can.

Name: Ugly Jim
Physical Appearance: A huge, muscle-bound brute, Jim has a face not even a mother could love. Tiny, bloodshot eyes glare out from a lumpy, scarred face. The huge, mishapen nose was clearly broken multiple times and set badly. His hair is brown and shaved short. Jim wears a cheap suit that hangs on his huge frame, looking ridiculous.
Personality: Jim is a really, really nice guy. He worked hard and earnestly in an office, when he slowly earned their respect and like. He spent his spare time working in a charity shop and a soup kitchen, helping the less fortunate get back on their feet. Shy and self-concious, he thinks everyone should be nicer to each other.
Backround: When the infection hit his city proper, he was taking a long walk, upset at horrible comments from a group of teenagers. While he was walking, he walked in the outbreak without realising. Through sheer chance, he walked through without notice, until he found a discarded pistol. Planning to get rid of the thing (it would be dangerous to leave lying about), he looked artound properly, and saw what was going on around him. Frightened, he ran through the city streets, until he ran into the other survivors.

Physical Appearance: An slim and attractive 21 year old female. Her chestnut brown hair would reach her shoulders if it wasn't in a ponytail.
She wears jeans and a white T-shirt. Black Trainers.
Personality: Ali is scared. Terrified. This was not what she expected to happen. She looks out for her friends, and is authorative when NOT in combat. Once the fighting starts, she tends to panic a little and misses the bigger picture to lead.
Backround: Ali grew up wanting to travel. She worked hard in school for her grades, and then learned languages in university to travel as an interpreter and a side teacher. She enjoyed her life, always smiling and enjoying the sunny places. When the infection hit, she was devastated, seeing her students turn, her friends lose contact with her and everything that made her smile is gone.
Preferred Difficulty: Normal. Can always amp it up if it gets too easy...
