Karakil flies up beside fighter 2 and attempts to slam it's tail into the cock pit [58 vs 77] but fighter 2 speeds up and turns sideways revealing ICARUS. Karakil's tail [40 vs 57] manages to avoid taking being struck. Fighter 2 took 70 damage.

ICARUS powers up her Cyclonic Barrier and begins to set a Thermite charge onto fighter 2 [44 vs DC50]. It takes longer to attach due to the sheer smoothness of the plating. 1 Turn to attach

Fighter 1 aims at Hilda and fires off a plasma charge [65 vs 8]. HILDA is struck taking 79 Damage and is stunned.

Hilda is stunned from taking a plasma charge. Good news is, her mana is fully charged. Bad news is, she is stunned and falling for 2 more turns.

Sen moves the paper coatl under Hylda [62 vs DC45] catching her. HILDA is no longer falling.

Stella rushes towards the two Fighters, changes into her full dragon form and attempts to crash into them [33 vs 56, 94]. The Jet's take the hit full on, each taking 15 damage. Stella does not make it past them.

Fighter 2 takes aim at Stella, opens the other weapon pod, and launches a missile at Stella [42 vs 60] dodging it completely. The missile's targeting activates and veers off towards Sen's Paper coatl [68 vs 17] striking it and exploding, dealing 113 damage to Sen and HILDA, and 108 damage to Alucard. All three are hurtling towards the ocean as paper scatters about.

Kyle flies at highspeeds towards the bomber group [59 vs 99] but speeds right past the bomber he was aiming at since it moved out of the way. Advanced radar is still a thing apparently.

Nuriel rushes Fighter 1 and attempts to rip it apart [13 vs 53] but Fighter 1 thrusts away from Fighter 2 avoiding Nuriel's attack.

Winry attempts to technomanc Fighter 1's engine [40 vs 64] and succeeds to make the engine make odd noises.

Bartimaeus teleports out of the fight and into the IRIS weapons vault and brings out an IRIS SAM turret with missiles. IRIS weapon masters do question what he is planning on using them for.

Alucard is unconsious following an explosion he was involved in.

Ashley teleports next to the cockpit of Fighter 1 [24 vs 76] but is ignored as Fighter 1 flies right past her.

((wait, out of the 129600 different directions the rocket could have taken after missing Stella (360*360), it heads into the direction where there is 3 targets at once for a more devastating hit than actually hitting it's target? BUUUUUUUUUUUULLSHIIIIT. That's not how misses work.))

((after being fired, missiles don't just pick a new target. If every time they miss they pick a new target, that's auto hit. Stella dodged, and suddenly the attack becomes even more devastating? Yeah yeah we get it, the jets are super cool and all, they are already proving that by having what must be at least 49 dex (as seen by Kyles roll). These guys don't need auto-hit attacks that take out half the team, while also dealing damage that 2-shots them.))

((Infrared targeting= yes, yes they would. Most missiles these days have a pretty narrow field of view, though, because decoys are a thing.))

ICARUS finishes setting up the charge, then quickly manouvers away from it, climbing around on the jet. A thermite charge is used for deconstruction, and a very precise thing, focusing the blast into one direction, the direction that needs to be cut, instead of exploding in all directions at once like C4 would. The jets design, which is not actually that smooth but full of nooks and crannies (just look at the picture. I guess high tech stuff does not need aerodynamics ((just like ICARUS is not aerodynamic :P))) actually should make for an easily climbed surface. She is ready to quickly boost away from the jet at a split seconds notice, should the thermite charge trigger a bigger explosion than anticipated when it blasts the engine, or should someone open fire at her that needs dodging, as she will have to climb to a more exposed area. Should no need for any dodging be there, she will stay on the jet in case it needs further violence applied to it to be taken down.


Ashley, if that is even possible, just teleports a chunk of the ocean below into jet-1s cockpit. If her abilities don't actually do that, she will teleport unto the cockpit, this time anticipating the trajectory, and uses some of this void-desintegration magic she uses on the glass. If any missiles pass close by her, she will apply some of this void-desintegration stuff to desintegrate it's manouvering gear.

((I recall she used it to desintegrate a dudes leg before))

Frustrated Stella sends a message

<I cant get past these fighters, gonna see if I can take them out>

Stella Breathes out a cloud of Hot cinders as a smokescreen
and then grabs onto whichever fighter she is most on (if she could not get through then she is in physical contact) and holds on
Attempts to cut through the glass of the grappled fighter with a narrow blast of her flame (thermal lance style)

 <Okay, I have a couple options here. One, I could impersonate a high member of the Order since Will can't seem to find out what the hell this 'Mana Incarnate' is. Two, we can just straight up attack the Vatican. I could kidnap the pope or something and impersonate him, if that'll do any good.>

<If we fall back now, we might lose track of them. Anyway, at least continue fighting until we really need to retreat, and meanwhile test these things limits and weaknesses. Alucard, HILDA and Sen should get out of here, but we should stand our ground and find out what we can about these, before we assault the bombers. Bartimaeus, feel free to go ahead, grab Alucard and HILDA and Sen, however much of them you can carry and get them out of here, they are pretty wounded anyway. Regardless, if we abandon the fleet fight, we need to at least get medical attention before we attack the vatican. If we can't attack at two fronts at once, we should at least have all forces gathered. Regardless, give me and Winry a few more moments, testing the jets limits. We may be able to take them out in short notice. If that works out, we should be able to do something about the bombers. Winry and I will get udner water (I guess she can technomance some scuba stuff?), analyze the wreckage of the jets, and that way make Winry just *that* more dangerous to them. I also want to learn more about their sensors.>
