Alice paused as she saw Lizzie, she was confused as she heard Lizzie barking to the dog but then she understood what she was doing. An expression of relief came onto her face

ICARUS teleports to Afrika

ICARUS teleports to Africa. Because we've been on this thing for all day, I'm just going to summarize. None of the people in the area have seen any of the folks ICARUS shows them, nor do they even know what Russian sounds like. No one comes forward to accept her bribe either, despite the fact that they could easily live like kings for the rest of their lives with that tidy sum. This is probably a dead end then.

Alice paused as she saw Lizzie, she was confused as she heard Lizzie barking to the dog but then she understood what she was doing. An expression of relief came onto her face

Alice's circle is probably a dead end too. Lizzie hears from the dog that they are the only strangers he's smelt in the past couple of months. Alice also talks to his owner, and learns that everyone in the neighbourhood is German. In other words, no secret cabal of Russian terrorists here. Of course nothing prevents their suspect from making another circle in the area, but a quick search turns up nothing.
