Lunette hugged the cockpit of a jet.

HILDA shifts back into her standard form, brushing back her silver hair a bit. She goes with ICARUS. Lizzie takes second floor and HILDA goes all around because she has super duper robot sensors.

"Hmm, empty grave, so not very likely it's just someone with the same name and similar face..Let's check out the house, everybody pick a floor. I'll take the attic."

The house that Rose lived in is long gone, demolished to make space for the fields. Though if it was still standing, searching it would be completely useless since someone else would be living there now. Plowing has also removed all traces of the house and its foundations too.

Lunette waits for HILDA to change back to normal before hugging her, of course.

Ashley places her hand on the table, pumping some void magic out, which eats the entire table within seconds. With that, she leaves.

USEC remembers that this is a thing that exists.

HILDA doesn't find much in the local newspaper archives. The 1930s Rose lived in a cottage far from the local village, and as such only appears in the newspaper a couple of times. One of which was the announcement of her birth, and her obituary too. Appearing in the newspapers more often was a Ms. Praskoviya Maksimov, who is probably her grandmother. The records don't shed might light on her either, but she is mentioned several more times than her granddaughter, usually as a midwife or doctor. The obituaries mention that Praskoviya died a couple of months before her granddaughter.

Otherwise not much else is found about 1930s Rose. Nobody in the local towns are old enough to remember her either, and questions about her family are met with confused shrugs.

Lizzie teleports back to the castle and knocks on Rose's door.
 "...hello?"

Lunette reaches up and pats HILDA on the shoulder, trying to comfort her, "It's okay. You can't expect to find anything important after just looking for an hour or so. I'll talk to IRIS and see if they can't get a team over her to investigate more thoroughly. I'm sure that they have experts on this stuff."

Lizzie teleports back to the castle and knocks on Rose's door.
 "...hello?"

Rose doesn't respond, but at least it doesn't sound like she's crying anymore.

Lizzie knocks again.

Still no response from Rose, but Lizzie probably hears the lock on the door click open.
