Think of their retreat as you will.

With out a second sound, a young man (barely a teenager) comes in holding a large box of nails. If they were melted down, their would be enough for 3 swords.

"Pussies. Couldn't even fight off a bunch of bikers. You're all just a bunch of two-faced lying sons of bitches!" The bald guy laughs, turning to his lot.

"Come. Let's go. This witch hunt's done, for now. The bastards'll be back, though." The music coming back on, the bikers drive off.

A couple of the bikers jump the barricade; these guys don't have their bikes, but do it on foot-, but most of them stay behind.

Apparently, from what can be gleaned, the bikers are the Samaritans, a fairly prolific biker gang known for facing off with Order members when possible. They're fairly disorganized and spread out; the only thing common to all of them are the symbol of the True Sword being riddled with scorch marks and their dislike to outright loathing of the Order.

One of the most famous incidents involving the Samaritans ended up shutting down lower Los Angeles when the Samaritans and the Order had a fight over some sort of magical artifact, that ended in neither getting it due to the crossfire blowing it up, killing civvies, Order and Samaritan alike.

...when this is revealed, the Samaritans are also under arrest. The local gang members are happy to let the newcomers take the fall, of course. Still, it doesn't seem like the police are very serious about this. They'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist after they've been milked for every possible bit of info about the Order.

((I wouldn't expect the police to. I mean, seriously, when do police have to deal with bikers against knights? xD))
The Samaritans aren't, well, capable of having spies, so they just tell them stuff in vague ways. They're bikers, not an international organization like SHIELD or something.
