<Annie and Wheatley can, I no longer am able to. As for why, well, distortions aren't exactly very controllable without theurgy or being part of the entity responsible. Try as you might, but short of replacing it with a less secure channel or affixing some sort of explosive to each one, you won't reach that sort of equality. I should note that you hardly have much of a right to complain about the distortions in your bracelet when you previously carried a katana and scabbard created out of them. If I really did, when I was able to, want to kill you, surely I would have used that, rather than the bracelet?>
