Several more demons come to the frozen battlefield, where demons frozen by Luna and everyone else frozen by Sen stand around.
Kyle is defeated by sheer numbers and dragged to Seham's palace, and if you don't like that result you should have posted.

Ahem. The tests were conducted on a concrete slab in an otherwise unexceptional meadow. On it were several machines, some apparently blessed by the Heavenly Choir themselves, others reconstructed from instruments Marie remembers from Aradine, still others bearing the distinctive designs of Camille Leblanc.

Marie pretty much just told everyone to relax while she ran the various instruments, had them perform simple mental and physical tasks at times, but mostly they just sat there while the things spat out numbers and graphs.

This takes about ten minutes per person, by the way.
