Bartimaeus hides in the shadow of a lamp or something.

Mallory walks around for a bit seeming like he knows where the theater is in the mansion when in reality he doesn't. The longer he walks around aimlessly, the redder his face seems to get as well as the quieter he seems to get, "Uh... W-Well maybe its over around that corner... No? Damnit... Uh... Y-Yeah, I don't actually know where the theater is..."

Rose laughs softly, "It's okay, I have no idea where it is either. Do you where the pool is? Or maybe the games room?"

Bartimaeus would shift into the shadow of a lamp or something.

Lunette simply gets ready for bed.

And so the forlorn night begins. Bartimaeus simply waits.

"I uh.... No... I know where my room is and then everywhere else I just sorta wander around and find things... Sorry about this..."

Lunette reads a bit before going to sleep.

"I uh.... No... I know where my room is and then everywhere else I just sorta wander around and find things... Sorry about this..."

Rose laughs good-naturedly some more. "Well... Can I see your room at least?"

Mallory smiles and takes a deep breath, "Yeah, I think I should be able to manage that." He brings Rose upstairs and he is able to find his room to show her.

"Not much to really look at I'm afraid, but here it is." He gestures to the mostly empty room that is his.

Lunette would find a strange book suddenly on her desk. The book has a green cover and a metallic skull planted on its nameless cover.

Mallory smiles and takes a deep breath, "Yeah, I think I should be able to manage that." He brings Rose upstairs and he is able to find his room to show her.

"Not much to really look at I'm afraid, but here it is." He gestures to the mostly empty room that is his.

Rose looks around a bit, "It doesn't look too bad. Better than mine, at least. I just arrived, after all."

Lunette would find a strange book suddenly on her desk. The book has a green cover and a metallic skull planted on its nameless cover.

Lunette doesn't say anything, but pulls out her wand and analyzes the book.

Lunette carefully opens the book to the first page.

Mallory chuckles, "Yeah, makes sense I guess." He sits down at the edge of his bed and flips his phone around in his hand as he tries to think of things to talk about.

"So uh... Those marks you have, are they just on your hands or... uh... everywhere?"

The first page says:

"Everywhere... From the neck down. Do... You want to see them?"

"Hi," Lunette says as she flips to the next page.

Mallory blushes and looks away, "I-I... If it doesn't make you uncomfortable. I mean, I'm just sorta curious and uh, they looked sorta cool..."
