Basically, she summons their bodies and souls back, and it can be permanent if they didn't belong there and aren't getting held back. It also takes about 10 minutes per person.

We routinely turn them off whenever we want privacy, but right now we can not distinguish between a bracelet being turned off for privacy or because you are in trouble. I propose we had a security code that must be entered before it can be turned off. If it gets turned off by any other means, or gets disconnected from the bearer, it will send a distress signal.>
