"There is a lot of chaos in the city right now. We are currently a bit busy, so please excuse us, but we can not escort you out of here quite yet. You have the choice of running into the city and trying to make off on your own. If you want to, you can contact IRIS in [nearest city with IRIS base] for protection. Or you could come with us, to help free more prisoners, if you can fight. If the anti-magic shield prevents you from doing so, get to levels of the building where you can use magic, barricade, and guard us while we are busy up here. We will pick you up when we are ready to make an escape, if it is within our means."

ICARUS leaves them to their decision and continues onwards. @Akroma leaves Bay12 to it's plot and continues bedwards. Feel free to puppet ICARUS, or continue tomorrow or whatever you see fit. Don't forget, Hainuwele can also be used.

Kyle can't really funnel mana seeing as the anti-magic field is operating.

"Take the elevators, then. At the very least get yourselves to a safe place to recover.

Is there anything at all keeping us from going further up? Any kind of security other than the anti-magic field? Or does average person Robert just waltz all the way up?
