"It's just the nature of my domain. I didn't want to be soul-linked with Alucard you know, I had no idea that would happen."

"Don't do that here though, or we might excorcise you."

"For a void researcher, an extended stay in the void until he learns how to return might be a good opportunity to learn a few things."

"Don't worry Alucard, it's fine we tell her--How long, you ask? Over a decade. I won't spill the beans anymore but when he entered the void he was trapped inside it until I found him. We both kinda wandered around until a mysterious portal opened right in front of us, and we both went through it. The portal infused our souls together when we entered the material realm. We have no idea how or why that portal opened for us. Sometimes you can find free portals to the void about the Earth but one doesn't just open in front of you. It's a mystery."

"Yes. And I came out and found my entire family dead."

"Dead? What happened to them?"
"I cannot tell. Each and everyone of my family dead. Even my wife and daughter."

"How is the void?"
"It's awesome. Deep, dark, mysterious, varying, terrifying. There are a lot of things that describe it."
"Yes, the fringe has many domains which vary. We experienced the mysteries of one only a day ago."
