The tower seemed so far away, but one moment after the other, it's right up in your face, the steps you have taken seem meaningless, the sheer intent of motion is what moved you. The entrance is open, yet hardly seems like an opening, so naturaly it fits into the unnaturalness of the tower. The inside is lined in it's entirety with tubes and wires, clockwork and lamps, that simply become just as see-through as the glass when they pass a window. Despite looking rather thin from the outside, once inside you can't see the opposite wall of the tower in the horizon. Looking up reveals the internal structure in all it's shadowless brightness, with thin support veins running through the tower, reminding you of the image of the inside of a birds bone that was on TV the other day. Hanging from chains as if it was a gigantic tree to hang criminals from are humans of all ages and sexes, as well as dwarves, elves, dragons, and so many more things you can barely name, combining mechanical parts that they seem to pull out of thin air.

Anyone have any mechanical or electronic items on his person that is not enchanted?

Parts of the entire structure begin to creak. Steam is blown out of vents, hinges begins moving where previously none where seen. Brass and copper clicks into place, forming a rough resemblance of rips, holding nothing but green mist. Two cameras peer at Alucard, and a voice breaks the silence so loudly that you only now realise that nothing else has made any kind of sound since you entered.

"Visitor. Intruder. Guest. Victim. Speak. Beg. Be Silent. Or not.

Bartimaeus might have the tingling feeling that the entire structure is her, tower, the white stuff outside, the whole thing.
