Lunette carefully picks him up and sets him on her shoulder. She makes gentle cooing noises and pets him as she pulls out her wand and waves it around him.

Lunette learns that he works similarly to ICARUS and HILDA, with microchips and servos, although he needs to 'eat' - his power soruce runs on biological matter, so he could eat lots of different things for power.
He was assembled in a factory that's not from Earth or any forms of it.
