She is smoothing the edges to form what looks like pipes and gears coming out of the surface of the bracelet. Typical steampunk things, obviously.

Kyle nods and leaves. When he comes back he has donned a suitably steampunk outfit which includes straps and bottles, goggles, and a top hat along with lots of leather items.

"Only high ranking officials casually wear top hats. And without the bottles... Eh, it looks like something that SOMEONE would wear. Namely, my brother."

"I mostly bought it on impulse. It's not very practical."
