"Then wouldn't it be a better idea to have a mechanism to delay the automatic detonation rather than only having manual detonation? That way, it can also function as a fail-deadly."
Cyrielle's eyes briefly avert Kyle's gaze during the second sentence though her expression remains neutral.
"For starters, you acquired your abilities through a contract, correct? What were the terms and conditions of it?"

"I'm sure that I can figure out how to make an auto-detonating version. This one is for traps and fun. And precision."

"As far as the legal side goes, I just lose about 5 percent of my total potential in exchange for the power, and I can't lose hope."

"I'm probably not going to use it for fun and as a lethal weapon at the same time. It mostly just a prop for Devon when he comes by my place. It just happens to work. I don't really know how..."

"... Pure determination and skill. I just happen to make lethal weapons for no apparent reason for the challenge of it. I mean, I made Elizabeth a mobile, a flower accessory for Hilda, and a bouquet of flowers for Ashley. It's really weird how easy it comes to me."
