Ester keeps quiet still, watching intently. She also instinctively reaches for a camera, and frowns when she realizes that she doesn't have one.

The Angel Investor floats over to something buried in deep within the Landes forest. It began to excavate a hole, using transmutation to temporarily remove soil. Something scintillated briefly, it was a pale stone, wreathed with orbiting points of red and green. It carefully extracted the philosopher's stone and refilled the hole.

Well, since no one else seems to want to come with Kyle and Will, here goes.


After a short helicopter ride, Kyle and Will find themselves at the french HQ of IRIS. They are left waiting for quite a while, in an unnerving waiting room with a loudly bubbling water cooler. Eventually, they are left inside the council room. It appears it has been a long day, as most members seem to be abscent, all that are left are the three that hold the biggest influence over the project anyway, Mr. Roland Reed, financial advisor, Dr. Saul Sanderwick, lead coordinator of the project, and Mrs. Claudia Brandenburg, personel advisor. If two of these three can be convinced, getting your ideas through should be no problem.


Reed: "Okay, now for the last order of the day, Kyle Johnson is proposing an augmentation of the ICARIS-05 Prototype. Mr. Johnson, if you please."
