The case is soon cleaned off of fecal matter. The water in the river also seems much more... cleaner and wholesome too.

Events happened and nothing really seemed to make sense anymore to Mallory. Lyle was hiding behind him though so he figured it was something bad but everyone else's reaction was more of concern for both parties despite one of them stabbing the other. Mal was close to using his magic to make a quick dagger but things resolved themselves leaving him scratching his head, "Wait, what? I don't.... What?" He turns to Lyle, hoping to find something out from him.
