Bismuth remembers now. She takes Neferis to the top of a tower to see the sights!

Neferis looks rather confused until they reach the top of the tower. Then her mouth opens slightly as she looks at the countryside in wonder. "It's so green."

Neferis shakes her head, "No. I haven't seen Egypt though."

Neferis cuddles with Bismuth too, though she keeps glancing out at the landscape.

"Yes, I did. So what is it that you wanted to show me, Nodoka~?"

She giggles, then turns and walks up to the large stone gate that had been there as long as she'd remembered, the one that had raised from the same womb as she. She closes her eyes, shaking a little.

"Through me the way to the suffering city; Through me the everlasting pain;"

She speaks, and streamers of darkness issue from her mouth, forming words in the air, circling around her.

"Through me the way that runs among the Lost."

The words circle her, her normal clothing eroding away, leaving her suspended, clothed only by her dark words.

"Justice urged on my exalted Creator: Divine Power made me, The Supreme Wisdom and the Primal Love."

Her very skin begins to peel away, leaving only a dark light, blazing with a darkness of -50 Lumens. She grows, seeming to stretch, becoming taller, though no less slender, and her secondary characteristics don't seem to develop at all, so she isn't older, per se, just larger.

"Nothing was made before me but eternal things And I endure eternally."

They begin with her legs, words becoming rings that spiral up her body, forming stockings of soft purple fabric, joining into a single large ring as they reach her body proper. They form a skirt, there, covered with ribbons of purple and pale violet, followed by a tube top of similar design. Reaching her shoulders, they split again, travelling down, forming long, billowing sleeves that go down to her wrists. Joining once more, they travel down her body, forming a long cloak that billows around her form.

"Abandon all hope - You Who Enter Here."

Last to form is the scythe, a pole more than eight feet long, headed with a massive, curving blade, its edges keener than the finest razor. Her eyes open, and they radiate with a similar darkness as her body, though her body's darkness slowly brightens, becoming soft, pale skin once more.

She reaches out, hand pointing at the door, and it begins to slowly open...

The ACTUAL marie is indeed Tori-ing. Cue extreme snuggling.
