ICARUS has moved to france with Kyle, and has begun contacting IRIS about exactly 2989 upgrades and changes that must be made to the structure, waiting for approval. When not currently in use, stands in a broom closet.

Upgrades to the castle is handled by the IRIS council.

It is clear that the castle values looks as much as practicallity as seen from the growth circle next to Hai's door should she want it.
