To make it entirely clear:


1. Debuff Dex of the enemy at the beginning of the init list, the one with the 3 actions, whomever exactly that is, using 50 Mana to make it really make a difference

2. If success, Debuff End as well, if not success retreat

What her eyepatch does was not explained, and I was assuming you were using the names interchangably, since I was still assuming that Angels and Vessels could not act independantly. But nevermind, the confusion has been cleared up, and the intent of my action is now clear to everyone. So let's not dwell on misunderstandings, and simply proceed.
