Ester does. She smiles and rubs his stomach gently.

"NOPE, THIS IS FOR HIS OWN FUCKING GOOD!"

Marie sighs.

"Alright. EVERYBODY SPLIT UP. If we throw enough d100s at the world someone is bound to find him if he's still nearby."

Bismuth and Marie split up and search dramatically. Marie also drafts Bismuth, probably Sen, Kyle is possible, maybe Angerus and Neferis with help of Bismuth shouting. Speaking of which, Bismuth shouting!

"Yo! Neferis, Angerus! Police dudes! Come over here, we've got a killer to catch!"

Neferis follows closely behind Bismuth, obviously not really searching for anything.

They don't find shit. The civilians who panicked and ran have calmed down now, presumably returning to their homes after police questioning. No other traces of that magic are found. For some reason, the killer didn't end up making another teleport.

"FUCKING FUCK SHIT! I'LL HAVE TO HAVE CULT SEND THE SERVO SKULLS ON TO LOOK FOR THIS FUCK! HEY, YOU THERE!" He points to Marie."HEAD BACK TO THE FUCKING OFFICE WITH ME, I NEED TO DO PAPERWORK ON THIS FUCKING BULLSHIT AND I NEED A WITNESS! ALSO YOU ASSHOLE, TAKE THIS! I GOT IT FROM A GOOD FUCKING FRIEND OF MINE!"
Angerus hands him this book.

This teleportation seems to be a kind of magic rather than void-based... that explains the differences at least...
