Neferis follows closely behind Kyle, and then just stares at the damage when they reach the CBD.

Ostensibly, explosion's lethality was not the result of its power but rather the density of people in the area. It seems that the area was rather crowded when it went off, maximizing the people caught within the blast radius. The surrounding buildings don't seem too damaged, aside from the shrapnel marks, even the delicate black hemispheres that were obvious closed-circuit television cameras remained operational, staring blankly back at the aftermath.

Conny comes outside and flies with her bow to go help.

Tides of people run from the area whilst emergency vehicles can be seen scrambling towards the grim site.

Hainuwele jumps on her pigeon to check things out. What is the CBD?

The crater has mostly cooled, with the hotter material having melted and launched away during the detonation.
[MAG:51] Three separate magic signatures lie within it.
[MIND:114] Kyle spots a pattern upon some of the debris and remains. Some of them came from the same person, yet their scattered locations are rather far from each other. Someone was there. In the center of the explosion was a person, the key term being 'was', now little more than debris, evidence and meaningless shadows of carbon charred upon the pavement.

Hainuwele tries to figure out who these cams belong to, and where the footage could be viewed. Especially the cams pointed at the epicenter

Conny flies around to see if anyone is trapped that she can help get out of the debris, healing as needed but only wounds that would prevent people from getting to emergency services.

The owners of the cameras are rather easy to find, after all, they were attached to their respective company buildings. Presumably, they may be accessed from a room inside each of those buildings. Or, if required, the computers that display their feeds may be hacked...

For some, Conny was salvation incarnate. For others, she came too late, a final beacon of hope oh so cruelly snatched away as the darkness closed in on their vision and their bodies yielded to unending sleep.

Nothing else seems to jump out at him.
As a businessman panickedly runs in the distance, the scaffolding behind him gives way and falls. It doesn't seem like anyone is injured though that path is blocked now though.

Hainuwele checks nearby buildings for access to the footage, trying to gain authority by showing off her magical girl bracelet thing, claiming it's a matter of life and death and if someone wants to deny it, ask them if they want to be the one who denied cooperation to the team that brought down the layar (doesnt matter she wasn't there, part of the team and all now)
