Needless to say Kyle manages to dodge.
The pillar rises up and floats above the circles. More and more circles begin rending themselves into the air, until the final, largest circle's circumference lies just outside of the antimagic area. With a resounding crack, the spire shatters, scattering into a series of levitating pieces that hovered high above, in formations that aligned with the circles below.

The shards above seem to move, slightly. ever so slightly each formation rotates in opposite directions. Slowly but nevertheless noticeably, to someone paying enough attention at least, they their movements begin accelerating. A shockwave of divine power emanates from within it, a wavefront of distorted light that abruptly terminated just inside the largest circle. Silence falls on the array.
Kyle's fine. He may be up for some jaywalking charges, but then again, no one's planning on driving through that thing.

Absolutely nothing happens. Huh, it seems that the pillar eruption was an phenomena that occurred at a certain threshold rather than a targeted attack, seeing as nothing is threatening to impale him at the moment.
