She nods. "I... I'd like to, but... I'm worried if I do, that guy might hurt me or something... he really seems to dislike me, so..." she shakes her head. "I really need to get going so I can get home before dark... Don't want to be on the streets around there after that."

Marie gives Jackie a business card for her. Email, phone, etc etc etc.  She ponders, then gives one of Camille's business cards (which are an actual thing what with Leblanc Clockworks) as well.

"Hope you get in touch sometime."

"That... Kyle, guy... he didn't say anything, but... he looked really mad at me, and I haven't even met him..."

Alice glances at the new person. "Who are you?"

"Well, unless any of you save Anima knows anyone who can speak to animals, I guess we're screwed.

Best case scenario, Will can find a clue on the manticore. Worst case, Maria's...."
Richard trails off before he finishes the sentence.

"I really doubt this. Anima is too smart for that."

"Well, or any sort of mind...communication...whatever. I have seen you do even weirder stuff. or maybe Kyle can help. Just...do as you would with a dog...can you, I dunno, give the Manticore Marias scent? Maybe it can lead you somewhere? It seemed to at least understand you to a small degree."

Ghost begins sketching something at this point.

"Papyrus? I KNEW IT, IT WAS THIS CAT GOD AFTERALL. I TOLD YOU KYLE, ALL CATS ARE EVIL AND CANT BE TRUSTED!"

"Are you saying Meme can't be trusted?" Ghost seems amused by this.

"Where ya going Jacqueline? I'm sure Meme will be back later it you want to play."

"Leaving already? You have anywhere to go?" Marie asks. Damn it, Marie. She doesn't sound aggressive, just...curious.

"Just... I'm heading back to my aparment, and don't want to burden anyone anymore by staying here... I could tell by how that guy was looking at me he doesn't want me around, so... best to go now."

"Jacqueline, its fine. You can stay here as long as you want to."

"Sorry. Try to keep in touch, okay? I'm sure Camille would like to see you again, even if the others might not."
