Ea probably tries to lure Marie away for... things. The Mesopotamian gods are way more keen to sleeping around than the Olympian gods, after all.

Hainuwele, finaly drunk enough to calm her nerves gets up from the bar. Kyle, Will and the others are right. It's going to be alright. While Amaterasu has not given much of an answer yet, Hainuwele's pleadings clearly have not fallen on deaf ears. Something has been set in motion, and while still nervous about the decision, gods have an entirely different perspective and entirely different means and methods than both fingerlings and giants. A bit of trust in their wisdom might be warranted. In the end, it is not a bad outcome. Leaving out the details that most of the guests seem to come straight from the album "puberties greatest hits", Hainuwele is here, walking among gods, as the champion of her kind, to plead for their cause and save them from the brink of extermination. Given a few generations time, these events may yet turn in one of the greatest legends among her kind. Should she die on the spot, she will have earned her right to sit on the table of her forefathers, in whose mighty company she will no longer feel ashamed. She might as well let her shoulders relax, and enjoy life.




Promptly, she makes her way over to Kyle, offering him a dance.

In response to Will's pun about Satan Kyle nearly bursts into laughter. Well, the pun and Will slowly getting drunk.

Kyle leads Hainuwele to a section of the dance floor that's more deserted than the others.
