((because Hainuwele has no idea that that's a thing.

Also, from long GMing experience, because tension. Characters need the occasional conflicts and viewpoint that when seen objectively are stupid but objectively at least make sense to the character. Games, especially ones like this that are mostly user-driven than GM-driven, need friction. And that friction deserves solutions that involve many characters, rather than a instant solution by praying to be smoothed over. In short, there was no plot, and an endless repetition of characters being lovey dovey and getting along, so I spun the dice, and here is my own plot, to fill the hole until an actual GM plot comes up. This leaves room for character development beyond whom is dating whom and who is adding what new power to their repertoir. There is even a legitimate chance for character death and PvP, not even born just from boredom or seing who is the strongest, as in case quite often, but for actual in-character reasons. See it as you will, but it's many times more engaging than posting about your orders in a restaurant.))

"I'd take a guess, it might very well be less than the amount the average dragon would kill in a hundred years."

How dare you! Dragons are not murderers, some live in the cities, others in solitude, but only the foulest kill a sapient creture for any other reason than protection of self or a loved one, or in rare cases society as a whole, those killer dragons are invariably brought low by others!

"Finaly someone with an open ear. We haven't really been introduced yet, but I need your help. No, I am begging you for your help. Will is obsessed with justice, and is about to enact what he perceives as justice upon my people. You must help me to stop him. The guards are on highest alert since I have been gone, they *will* attempt to kill him. Wether they are able to or not, I can not judge Wills power accurately, but there will be a blood bath. And it doesn't end there. Many of my guard have killed, or assisted in a kill. He will certainly not let them go either, nor the government that has given the order. In their desperation, even the civilians may go to arms.

And it doesn't end there either. The deaths happened under chinese law, and the chinese, as you can maybe imagine, might be the worst people to judge those that Will is going to capture, if he doesn't outright kill them. They will have no sentiment for the situation my people are in, and without a doubt will make moves to eradicate our entire enclave, if only as not to appear weak.

You are heroes, right? You guys defend the weak from the strong at the brink of destruction. I beg you, you must reverse Wills course of action, or an entire race will find its end, at the hands of the monster that is Will. Do not let him become the kind of monster that you guys usualy protect the world from."

Hainuwele throws herself on the ground before Stella.

He is not going to kill them, that is not what he does when he gets angry, but if you wish I will take you!, if only so you can see that not everyone is as bad as you think

"You should stop judging things by their size. At the very least, it is a decision Meme has to make, and no one that is bigger than her has the right to deny her. It's not like I am proposing to make her drunk for fun. I was proposing a small sip, to allow her an opinion of her own. She has the right to that, at least. What's the danger? Think she will turn into a raging alcoholic? One sip of that bitter stuff and she will probably stay away from it for the rest of her live, but at least her curiosity is satiated."

Hainuwele resists the urge to stab Wills fingers, always trying to remember that she is on a peacefull mission...but he is not making it easy.

Meme IS my sister though, and most definitely too young to drink alcohol, her body may not be developing anymore but her brain sure is.

"For the defence of my kind? It is a hard choice we have made, but a necessary one. I might not always stick to the truth, but it is my heartfelt conviction that the right thing was done, and I can not lie about this, not even if it would be to my own defence. If I died how would I stand in front of those who have lost their lives to the giants cruelty? How would I stand in front of my brothers at arms that have given their lives to the defence of our kind. I have sworn to give my beating heart to our defence, I would not betray my pledge just to get an apology for being picked up by the tail. Will can go and do whatever. He doesn't know any better."

"PUT UP WARNINGS!!! if necessary PUT THEM INSIDE THE GLAMOUR, then they don't give away that you are there as easily, and WIll is correct, you would most likely be given native title to the land your village is on, AND BE PROTECTED BY LAW, you don;'t even need to be a part of the rest of society for this, you forfeit the advantages of course, but your territory would still be protected, why can you not think of non-lethal methods, even now you assume that Will is going there to kill your kind"

"The problem is, that picking me up by the tail, casting aside the humiliation, is dangerous. It can very well tear off, resulting in crippling injury. And that was just in a reaction to me suggesting he should leave Meme to her own devices. This is the problem, this utter disregard, the ignorance, the feeling that anything he can do is entirely alright as it is, just because he is big enough to do it. Would it be alright to pick up Meme by her tail? What about dangling Marie by her tentacles?

This is the underlying problem, the additude "she's small, so it's okay". That additude is why we can not dare to let our children into contact with giants. I kill witnesses, as unfortunate as it is, to make sure that people like Will, never set food on our lands. He is the danger that we can not allow into our midst, he and all those who who disregard the small. Our lives and health value as much as a giants, and when it is justice that will wants, then he should start *counting*."

"Are you not listening, right now you have pissed him off, probably with the offhanded manner in which you said dragons kill humans, and that has me angry as well, but he is not a killer, he wants to see you as equals, however that is a two way street, if you refuse to reconsider killing the big kind, HOW CAN WE be equals"

But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

>ENOUGH.

If I have to listen to this argument another minute, I will end it PERSONALLY. Am I to be understood? You will settle this PEACEFULLY. Will, you will not go to her village. Hainuwele, you will not antagonize Stella, and neither will Stella antagonise you.

Am I to be made clear?<

((nooo, Elf you are totaly killing the flow heeeereee. Conflict is a good thing, as long as everybody is having fun and can express their characters. You can always swing the god-hammer to end conflict once it actually reaches a bloody conclusion and characters killing eachother is just seconds away. That totaly robs anyone of the chance of resolving the conflict on their own...sigh... oh well, it is late in the evening, and the flow of events have been GMd away, so I'll go to bed.))
