Maria takes the present and is about to speak when the doorbell rings.

Kyle runs to get the door.

Is just Arya. She smiles.

Kyle moves to the side of the door.
"So two important things, I made cake."

Selina waits for Maria to open it, looking quite nervous.

She walks in, carrying two bags.
One of them is her business case, the other is a case from a comic convention.
'Oh?"
Maria softly opens it.

"Yep, it's in the kitchen with my child who IwantyoutolookafteruntilI'mreadytobeaparent."
Kyle ends off quickly before walking into the kitchen and making a slice of cake for Arya.

Arya calmly sits down and takes the plate.
"...Thank you, Kyle. Calm down. Now, what was that you said?"

Inside are 3 pairs of earrings. Each pair is designed in a way to represent different mythologies. Egytian, Greek/Roman, and Japanese. They may be a bit plain, but are quite light and easily appreciated.

"Wow! Thank you, Selina, but what did I do to deserve this? It isn't my birthday or anything!"

"Well, I umm... made that."
Kyle points to Elizabeth.
"And I just wanted you to help with taking care of her until I can get everything set up to take care of her."

Arya sighs.
"Maria can help out and I'll do my best. I wish you luck in finding her everything she needs."

"It should be relatively easy since I'm a world famous hero. I already have a plan and this marks one step off the list."

"I just... w-w-wanted to r-repay you s-somehow... a-a-and you a-already had m-money and... and I didn't really kn-kn-know what t-t-t-to g-g-give so... um..." Selina is clearly unsure of what to say at this point, rambling a bit.

"Arya, I promise we will try to make this the... WAIT A MINUTE! I don't need a job, and I don't go to school... I have the money... Why don't I just take care of her full time like most mothers?" Conny facepalms.

Elizibeth is blowing bubbles in her sleep.
