<She knew who I was the moment I walked in the door. I used to go there, after all. She knows I won't actually kill anybody, however, or at least no students, and they need the manpower against the shadow things coming up from the core. They also know that I've no intention of giving them any service beyond a single job as payment for the teaching at the Academy, but that's another issue. After a little while longer, I'll be strong enough to leave the Academy for good and start playing in the sandbox I call the world once more.
I just have to learn how to soulswap in case my body gets killed. I may be biologically immortal now, but it pays to have insurance.>

<I don't so much have a temperament as a lesser version of what Victoria does. I'm rather like THE, in a way. I think that's why he wiped me, I remind him too much of himself. Heh.>

<I suppose everyone hates others who are too similar to themselves, after all, they are used to their own perceived virtues and thus to see it in another person registers little hence resulting in fixation upon their flaws... People deny their own faults and praise their own virtues... so to see someone similar to themselves allows the imbalance to be corrected and address all the issues they do not wish to see within themselves...>

<Perhaps he is simply used to his own way of handling it... to be the god of an entire universe tends to entail the adherence of your creations to your specified norm. Perhaps it's a matter of pride? To mature in the same way the denizens he seeks asylum in may be sen as a sign of defeat after all... or a loss of identity...>

<I dunno. It may be a sense of protection in that he didn't want me doing to anyone in my universe what he'd inevitably do in his? Maybe he's just angry at himself and I was the closest available 'mirror', so to speak.
