RotMG Multipliers:
Multiplier: Each character starts combat with a multiplier of 7, this is for both forms. Each form has a separate multiplier.
Decay: Calculated at the end of the turn, decay is equal to the roll without modifiers, divided by ten and rounded down. Dodging/parrying/blocking does not cause decay.
Regeneration: Calculated at the beginning of the next turn, regeneration is always 0.25 when not resting and 0.5 when resting. This applies to both forms.
Charging: Charging does not cause decay even though it uses a stat roll.
