Selina would feel that her organs have returned to normal. Cyrielle has reconsolidated the distortions elsewhere. In related, news, she can now get drunk. Or high. Or stoned. Or trip balls.
Cyrielle spends some time buying a specialized gaming laptop and a variety of video games to install on it, some main stream, some more obscure. She then walks back to her hotel suite and installs the programs as well as a few IDEs for her programming languages.

Selina sighs from the feeling, and is also wondering how to get to her room to change, without getting seen in her soaked through clothes.

[MAG:100+12(7)] A large, angular quad rotor UAV appears. The only truly mechanical movement it is capable of utilizing is moving it's blades. It is armed with a variant of it's creator's usual rifle.
[MIN:78+12(6)] Cyrielle programs a game-like program that she controls the unit through. She makes sure that it does not have any of her magic in it.
[MIN:91+12(5.3)] She establishes a control mechanism for the UAV. It is controlled through the program via magic when distortions are input into it. It will not work unless Cyrielle inputs a slight amount of temporarily distortions.
Cyrielle arranges the game folders and the program folder in the same directory so it just seems like an innocuous game.
She deploys the unit and sends it flying up into the air before landing on the roof of Richard's building. She turns off the laptop and walks out of her hotel, she walks a fair distance and sits down at a cafe before she puts on the bracelet [To: Richard] <I've left a parting gift on the roof. Contact me if you need me to control it in combat.>

What are the major differences between our worlds?

For starters, people with supernatural abilities were unheard of until a week or two ago. And they aren't regulated as a result either. Some of them might capture criminals, others, such as myself outright kill their perceived foes.
