Elsewhere in the multiverse.

Other worlds.....are not so fortunate.

A world ravaged by the gods. Eternal darkness. The last living mortals attempt to shine a light into it....but fail.

But even a tiny spark of hope shines bright, and it did. From the dreams of mortals, an entity known as Azuander, the Dream Walker, personification of all man's dreams.

He forced back the darkness. He forced back the eternal Nightmare that had overtaken the world.

Azuander was celebrated, and he was proud to have fulfilled the dreams of his worshippers. He began to grant wishes to the most blessed. At first, this worked. People who did good deeds were rewarded.

But then, as they are wont to do, man grew jealous.

Eventually, those possessing the wishes of Azuander were killed or ostracised and chased away. Azuander looked upon this and grieved.

He eventually stopped the practice, and sealed himself away.

The eternal Nightmare watched, and waited.

And one day....he rose, having fed upon the ill feeling against his enemy. He took the world by force while his eternal enemy was sealed. Eventually, Azuander unsealed himself....but it was too late.

And he himself was captured.

Now.....three worlds must pay the price.
