Considering that the organization he works for is even better funded than Yuri's family and has more important people in their pockets than Yuri's family I would say that it is possible.

They remain silent other than this for quite some time until finally, Yuri snaps back into her body, her eyes slamming shut. She shudders for a moment before walking up to Selina, Maria, and Matt.

"The answer is no." Her tone is flat, business-like, and to the point, not the voice that one would expect from a girl her age. "I'm not going to enter into a relationship here. Even if I wasn't already betrothed, I am not allowed to enter into romantic relationships, and I know that even Selina would want something like that eventually. Therefore, I will not now, nor will I ever, consider dating you, Selina."

Then she turns and heads off to her room, slamming the door behind her.
