Seeing as how Dorian was essentially out of harms way for now, he was kept in the area only by curiosity of this strange... cat person? And soon after another girl came by.

"Hey, look! Those two chicks from the coffee shop! Talk to them and tell them how you want to be a farmer and plow them!"

Dorian jumped a bit as the image in his head appeared next to him, seemingly trying to push him into the two. Not wanting to give any indication to the others though he kept silent and stood still, only moving to check his watch out of what seemed to be a nervous habit.

Catherine also shows up, already transformed to her magic form. She smiles, and just prepares to check out what's going o- Oh hey there's that one kid who also was at the coffee shop!
"Uh.... Hey there! Wait, focus... This place is dangerous. I think. Uh... Just... Be careful, I guess."

Ray is lying on his bed, a piece of cheese tied to his face

"I'll tell you laterrr! This is a dimensional rrrift! I've got to make surrre it's not going to explode with the forrrce of a nuclearrr warrrhead before anything else! And no, I have no idea!"

Alistair nods sleepily and smiles.

Angel shyly takes his hand and leads him to the kitchen.

"Um....what's going on?"

"Hehehe, fair enough. Perhaps it's time to kick some ass, love."
Marie shapeshifts. Minus scythe, for now. She grins widely, the grin of someone who cares for havoc and catastrophe, and also a lovestruck grin, the grin of someone who has realized who they care for.

"Let's go, shall we?"

"Of course, of course. But if things seem to be going south, you pull back, alright?" He smiles. "Can't be harming the child, now. Nim, if you'd grab my swords? We have somewhere to go."

Marie smiles back and kisses Tori. "I'll keep that in mind."

"Are we able to exit that portal if we need to retreat?"

More and more people kept coming to the area and what tipped him off to what was sorta going on was when people started appearing in odd outfits, "What the hell is going on here... Strange rifts, strange people..."

"You really are dense aren't you? These are obviously those people that were on the internet, and now you've gotten yourself involved."

"Wh-what?! I thought those were fakes..."

"..... You still believe that after seeing everything you have within the past 5 minutes?" The image gave him a dull look before returning to its normal look like he's enjoying life a little too much, "Hey, think of it this way, you probably got some stuff in you too so you have something in common with them. So you know, conversation points and foreplay!"

Dorian stood for a moment in silence as he had to absorb what the image just said before he facepalmed, "Oh god I thought you were going to be serious for a bit..." he mumbled out loud.

"Um... You okay there? Who are you? Call me uh.... Um... give me a moment here... Tidewatcher. Yeah, that sounds like a cool name."
She chuckles, and then does the whole rub the back of your neck thing.

Dorian moved his hand away quickly when he saw he was being addressed by someone. He cleared his throat as his face reddened momentarily, "Y-yeah, I'm fine. Just forgot something at my house this morning." He quickly forged the lie and gave his response calmly in an attempt to push away any thought of him lying. He then extended a hand out to the girl who identified herself as Tidewatcher, "Nice to meet you Tidewatcher, I'm Dorian Clovis." He would then shake her hand before turning his attention back to the rift (unless anybody else talked to him that is).

The rift seems to be enticing Catherine, Camille and Dorian to enter it.

Camille is also calming down.

"It could have been, if we werrrre unlucky.  But now? It's basically a worrrmhole. Something might come out of it, eventually. Therrrre's no way to be surrre. I did brrrring a drrrone with me, though, to trrry and see what's on the otherrr side."
Camille pulls out what looks less like a drone and more like an armored box with sensors. She thrrrows that in, then pulls out a tablet-sized device that is in fact the remote control/feed from its camera and other things. There's really not anything to control.
