If the intended Shadow is meant to be a single big one:
MAG DC of 50. Produces one Shadow.

Stats to Allocate = Above MAG roll divided by # of Shadows

Neferis smacks Belephegor in the face with a fist.

With keith out of battle, Drakon looks around for a new target. Spoting Alice, it begins to lumber her way after swallowing the piece of Keith's leg still in it's mouth.

[75 vs 56] Ashmouth backs away from Annabelle...

[56 vs 89] ...And jumps out of the way of Annabelle's bullet.
[59 vs 25] Drakon is struck by Annabelle's second bullet. -73HP

Belephegor looks like it is about to attack...
[48 vs 47] ...But Neferis smashes her fist into it. -51HP

Luthar finishes his cigarette and continues to bandage his wounds. +5HP

[40 vs 50] As a shadow begins to form, something cuts it off and causes it to splash back into the shadows. No mana spent.

Ashmouth has 230HP remaining.
Drakon has 178HP remaining.

Alice looked horrified as she saw the creature coming towards her
Shaking slightly she raised up her machete and sent a bolt of lightning towards Drakon

Alice succeeds in electrocuting Drakon. -35HP Lightning, Drakon is unfazed.

Drakon continues it's lumbering towards Alice, even after being electrocuted.

Annabelle reloads.

[38 vs 52] Ashmouth Lunges towards Annabelle as she reloads and bites her left arm. -22 damage, -11 fire damage

[47 vs 5] Belephegor juts forward bumbing into Neferis sending her sprawling to the floor. -18 damage

Luthar continues to bandage his arms. +5 HP. Anyone looking would notice that his bandages become blood soaked awfuly fast.

[68 vs 50] Tobias creates a new shadow. ((68 stat points then?))

Kyle enters the battle. ((What kind of treatment did Keith get cause that is some major blood lose...))

Kyle pulls out a missile and fires it at Luthar. It's one of the bomb filled ones though so it will open before it hits and he can catch it.
