Alucard nods and enters her mind via bracelet. At first she feels a mysterious otherwordly presence enter her mind, which wouldn't occur if anyone else entered someone else's mind. The presence probes around her mind, searching for anything of note.

Rose's mind is strangely organized, with all of her memories neatly laid out. But otherwise everything is quiet and nothing appears out of place.
