"The attackers seem to all be career criminals, with numerous charges of armed assault, robbery, murder and who knows what else they never got charged with. Obviously all of them have been in and out of jail several times, which is where they seem to have met. The records show that several of them shared cells while they were in jail. Not all at once, of course, but a couple would share a cell in one prison while some others shared a cell in another. That must have been how they met in the first place. Otherwise they are a rather diverse group with different backgrounds. Most of them come from western Russia, but that isn't too unusual.

We also took the liberty of looking up Spartak Sokolov, but unless he's a 85 year old man in a coma nothing came up. Obviously he must be using some of pseudonym to hide his identity. We'll keep searching, of course."

The agent sends ICARUS what data they found, apologizing for the relative lack of it. Competent terrorists and criminals don't boast about their exploits on the internet after all.
