ICARUS obviously is catching up.

Now that the antimagic field left with the man, Robert runs out of the building towards Marie.

*Beeps expletives at Marie, whirring demanding that this hell-raising noise stop this instant!*

"My battery lasts long enough that I could fly from here all the way to Florida. How about you land and we settle this? You can not lose me."

ICARUS fires a low powered test shot to see if he is keeping his shield up the entire time while flying.

The shot lands. Apparently he's using his shields to glide.

"Hey, now that's interesting. Did that hurt? How about an offer. You surrender peacefully, become our prisoner and explain the entire world what you have been doing. That will only land you in prison, rather than landing in hell."

"I refuse. I know what you are. A murderous kill bot. Now why don't you kill me? Huh?"

ICARUS flies close and grabs him, then forcefully lands him. Not enough to splat him against the pavement, but his ribs have seen better days. She also takes off his mask, because why not.

"Hold still."

His.. face is rather disfigured. He struggles against ICARUS.

ICARUS scans him to get a good measure of his general health. If it seems like he would survive, she breaks his right shoulder.

"I said hold still, geez."

He's... near death. His eyes swirl teal and red.
