HILDA shapeshifts her hand into a giant steel fist, like Vi's fists from LoL. She proceeds to crush the training dummy in a single blow.

"HEEELP!" the training dummy screamed in excruciating pain as her giant fist pounded it down, crushing it's entire figure to a flat pancake. It's head explodes from the pressure, causing yellow straw gore to explode, arcing throughout the room and painting the floor with it's yellow blood. HILDA shoots her head up and lets out a fell laugh before shapeshifting her arm into a sword and slashing and stabbing the training dummy's remains, completely decimating it's outer fabric to millions of minuscule pieces that drift throughout the room, giving it the distinct scent of plant humus. The training dummy then respawns, having to forever live through the same pain again as HILDA beats it and stabs it with her fiery blade, only for it to scream in agony and respawn again so it can live through the agony and suffering of getting killed again. It has no friends. It has no life.
It's a dummy.

HILDA shapeshifts her arm into a flamethrower and blasts an oxidized jet of fire at it, turning it to ashes.
