<They heat indoor soil for farming, and raise cattle for meat. There are artificial extensions to the real island. As for power, they use steam turbines and a new source of fuel called Folpternium.
And their not outright stupid, just not the smartest of people in the city.>

<There are a lot of turbines throughout the city, and effectively, a lot of means of food, I only listed the top sources. As for construction, I do not know myself where it is acquired from. I assume it is created through magic, but I am not sure.>
