After interaction which is kind of unneeded Kyle assists Shirtless guy in his ACTION LEAP up to the dragon.

Presumably, Cyrielle, dressed in her feature concealing longcoat and visor, is teleported to Luna by the latter and dropped off 3 kilometers away from the dragon. She surveys the surrounding area, looking for a large building to go into.

<Hey, your spotter-off-the-scene here. That office building with the Sony logo on it should give you a good view. Top floor or roof probably ideal.>

 "Target acquired at 12 o'clock 120 degrees upwards... Transforming into ALPHA mode." HILDA says as her entire body glows azure. It morphs into a colossal mecha with a heavy machine gun mounted on it's arm.

Cyrielle goes to the top floor and takes out her scope, attaching it to the signal rifle. She points her rifle against a wall with a good chunk of the building between herself and the target rather than peering through a window. Her scope begins displaying every vital organ within its field of view.
<Projectile travels at c fraction speeds but deals less damage than a sniper rifle. Less getting shredded and more akin to being repeatedly stabbed by a thin tendril. Gravity and wind will not be issues.>

Active Powers:
Lightning Body--50 Mana: For one turn, double Dexterity and speed and halve physical damage taken.
Rainbringer--20 Mana: Summon a rainstorm.

Passive Abilities:
Dragonmind--Dragons have a low-level mindmeld with all non-Yellow dragons.
Elemental Nature--Magic associated with electricity automatically fails when used on Colrath; mundane electricity does not affect it either. On the other hand, ice is more potent; magic ignores the dragon's magic resistance, and attacks deal double (if magical) or half-again (if mundane) damage!
Hardened Scales--Takes 5 less damage from physical attacks. Some attacks (such as machine guns and fragmentation grenades) which are ineffective against armor are more strongly affected (typically doubling or tripling the value), and advanced armor-piercing attacks halve the effective value.
Magic Resistance--All dragons are resistant to magic. When directly targeted by magic of any sort, they make an opposed Magic roll against the user; if the dragon's roll is greater, the magic does not affect it! This does not apply to elemental weaknesses.
Stormlord--Can see through clouds/fog/mist/etc, and control such at point-blank range.
