Although, some places such as other universes, require an extremely high DC roll. Though, since this is a pocket dimension, it would be a lot easier than that of another universe. Better description from Rag if you care to wait. But it is possible.))

Well, USEC, pretty much Twi's only piece of lore. Having been informed of this plane via Marie, the Selenites are a group of 'people' that can best be described as personifications of various kinds of crazy... usually. As the name suggests, they live on some kind of moon-like thing. They worship Luna. Confusingly, Not!Selina also worships Luna after some successful proselytizing on the part of Aria Tsukiko, High Priestess of Luna and pretty much a god in her own right.

They also technically fit some definition of species in spite of being eldritch abominations that even include robot things.

Yeah. They're weird.

For reference, of the ones referenced in this RP so far:

Asuna is basically a combination of Yoko Littner from TTGL, a ball-jointed doll, and the Slenderman.

Vremya is some gender-confused personification of time who speaks in Russian.

Hannah is a dullahan-like thing who literally does not have an emotion of fear.
