Luca encounters mini-Marie!

"Hi! How's it like being small?"

Cyrielle attempts to sterilize it by scraping its surface with distortions. Then, she shoves the larger end of her kiseru into Hathor's mouth and seals that in with the cloth. "My apologies for that. But I am not going to place that dirty cloth into your mouth."

Hathor does nothing. She's unconscious.

Sen scoffs at Thoth. "Go ahead and hit me with your best enchantment." Sen sticks her tongue out at Thoth and secretly casts a sealing spell on him to seal his magic [10+66]

[Empiricist]

"Yes, because taunting gods is no doubt the best course of action at present. Hello Thoth, a shame we must meet again under present circumstances, you were a rather interesting source of conversation, nevertheless, it seems that our respective associates are now in conflict. A pity isn't it?"

"...a petty anti-magic seal does nothing when I know your true name."
Thoth laughs nervously.
"Naming magic is much more powerful, much more subtle, and with the exception of one, never could one seal it.

Why would Ra try to kill Isis, after all, if he knew he'd be able to seal her off?"
...judging by his twitch, he's either bluffing or he knows he's got Sen. He looks at Cyrielle.
"Ah, you. Good lord, you're with these fools?"

"So what should we do? Just let Maria just be gone?"

"Paper-demon, I know many enchantments I can curse you with. I fear neither you, nor the desert-god, nor the many-killer you bring to intimidate me."

"How about me?"
Will steps forward.
"They say that what you fear is the unknown. Not quite true. That which you know can also frighten you...and, equally notable, one who knows you can be absolutely terrifying.
"What do I know? Everything, dear deity, everything. Shall I begin?"
(Plan: If I must, begin revealing secrets about him, starting with fairly inoffensive ones and moving onto more dark and terrible ones. Presumably a Mind roll?)

"Go ahead~ Say my true name~ I'm not a god, and knowing my name only gets you a contract with me. You should read up on your demons~" Sen loves to taunt.

Thoth is still nervous.

They shrug. They then sort of grab one of the cat ears, and wiggles it.
"Also, there's these, too. Not sure what to say about these.

So.... Yeah..."

"Regrettably so. Please do understand, without Anima, or, as you know her, Isis, I am unable to contact my usual conversational partners. I am not so much aligned with the people here at present, but rather Isis' contractees such as Abraxas, Andras an Anansi. I apologize for binding your daughter but as you presumably understand, precautions are rather important in keeping one alive."

"My daughter? Hathor is Ra's, not mine. And, of course, Isis, that fool, she brought in her friends to solve an issue she alone started... How quaint."

"Ah, my apologies, religious and theological matters are not my strong point and I must resort to using the internet for such matters, needless to say, to simply pull out a phone and access Wikipedia in this situation isn't exactly polite."
