"As to the first: I highly doubt that. As to the second: High body temperature causes the body to attempt to lower its temperature, hence the blush. Without further investigation, it's likelier that magic causes fever causes blush rather than blush causes magic causes fever...and even if the latter were the case, why would induced blushes cause a rise in body temperature rather than the fall they would in anyone else."

"She has overheated from a blush before, so..."

"Octman's Razor: The simplest solution is also the likeliest. Again, it is likelier that the elevated body temperature causes the blush rather than the other way around. Furthermore, why would artificially-induced blushes act differently? And isn't the risk of further depressing Selina's body temperature enough that it would be simpler to just have Conny heal the freaking hypothermia?"

"I don't know, but it seems to do so for Selina. A better idea could also be too have someone cuddle with her to share their body heat." She winks at Yuri.

"Again, it's likelier that whatever is causing this anomalous temperature change she should probably have looked at causes the 'blush,' rather than the other way around. And cuddling would be rather slow. Again, why not use healing magic? Are you afraid your well will run dry? Because I highly doubt your magic works like that."

Selina would then see her great grandmother from when she was little. Selina was a bit confused by this, but then, there was magic in the world. Regardless, she eats the soup, quickly heating up.

"Are we going to argue about this forever or... I smell chicken soup..." Conny is confused at looks at the soup she was making which was a vegetable soup. No chicken at all...

The soup seems to call wonderful memories to her, warm memories of winter nights spent huddling in blankets, eating cookies and milk, and spent in the warm embrace of someone caring. It sends a sort of healing feeling through her system, a warm feeling of being protected and loved; the soup itself seems to emanate an aura of warmth and protection.

It's also absolutely bleeding delicious. Why not? It's a soup, after all. A blessed soup, but soup.

Selina sighs happily, eating the soup slowly as she let the feelings wash over her. Not only the best soup she had ever had, but the feelings she was getting from it were the most wonderful gift in the world. When she finished, she put the bowl back on the side table with a note of thank you before going back to sleep, feeling all happy and light. It probably hadn't been her grandmother, but she hoped she would meet whoever it was so she could thank them in person.

Ester finally opens her eyes "Wh-what happened?" she asks, groggily.

Albrecht looks down at her. He's not disguised; she doesn't know his face.
"You knocked yourself out."

Ester squints at Albrecht, "Oh. Where are my glasses?"

He grabs them from the nearby table, handing them to her before wiping his own.
"Right here. Who're you?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Oh. Thanks." She puts them on, blinks a couple of times, and then sits straight up. "T-this is Maria's house, isn't it?"

"Yes, this is Maria Ryan's house. Why?"

"Are we going to argue about this forever or... I smell chicken soup..."

"No, just until you get off your unseelie behind and actually use your magic to help the woman who brought you into this world! Also yes. All things considered, likely a visitor who came by magical means, likely Hestia or some variety of ancestral spirit or guardian angel that Selina has but is unaware of."

"Yes, this is Maria Ryan's house. Why?"

Ester collapses backwards, giggling to herself. Suddenly she leaps out of the bed, runs to the window and turns around.  "EEEEEEE! This is Maria's house! I'm. in. the. house!" She starts bouncing up and down, hyperventilating for a bit before calming down. "Wait, how did I end up in Maria's house?"

((I really need to make up a nickname for the place.))

Albrecht puts a firm hand on her shoulder.
"You're a fangirl, clearly. Did you get yourself knocked out? And who are you?"

"Are we going to argue about this forever or... I smell chicken soup..."

"No, just until you get off your unseelie behind and actually use your magic to help the woman who brought you into this world! Also yes. "SHE IS FINE! And She Was BEFORE I came upstairs!" Conny looks incredibly annoyed at this point.

Selina is asleep, full of happy dreams.

Meme gets back to the house and decides to color in front of Momo.
