"Huh? Wh-who's that?" Cyrielle seems startled and a bit panicked.

"I need to borrow miss... Cyrielle for a few moments. Command told me that I need her and I can't really afford to mess up today."

Richard pokes his head in, nodding to Cyrielle. He mouths that he doesn't know who this guy is.

She looks at Cyrielle. "I'll let you decide what you'd like to do, Miss Cyrielle."

[Empiricist]

"I... I don't... he... he helped... I-I guess it's okay..."
She reluctantly gets up and goes with him looking more like someone marching of to the guillotine with each step.

"So... the bosses nephew, Kyle I think, says that the boss did a look up on miss Elizabeth and that she's clean. Also some guy named Richard is going to try something stupid most likely. Also he, Kyle, wants to know if you're all right."

"Try something stupid? Really. Coming from Kyle?

Yeah. I'm Richard. The only stupid thing I'd be doing is staying put while a friend's in need. If anything, it's more pragmatic. After all, two is better than one."

"I'm just saying what I was told."

"Tell Kyle that the real stupid thing would be not to be here for his apparent crush."
He sighs and turns to Cyrielle.
"You alright, mate?"

"Alright..."
He appears to actually be doing so.

Aedan is currently yelling at Richard through his mindlink. Mostly about how Kyle literally has no idea to do the TV thing and that he's just doing what he was told to by Cyrielle.

Richard's unclipped his bracelet and blocked out Aedan.

"Yes, I'm fine. She's clean you say? Hmm... I could use an ally, anyway, she probably saw flaws in my lies already."
Cyrielle returns much calmer than before, closing the door behind herself. In hushed tones, she speaks. "My apologies, I lied. Mostly. A regrettable precaution. While I am indeed capable of using magic and I am aware he has attacked my associates earlier, what I still do not know is why. I have no idea why he knew who I am and where I was, as is evident, I prefer to avoid associating with magic as it tends to be quite troublesome so how he knew me and why he is targeting me is still unknown.  I have my suspicions about the former, but there are gaps, I have no idea at all about the latter. I am saying this all, not out of blind trust but because you would have found the truth out one way or another."
