The pre-orders are rolling, but Steam doesn't have it in the store yet.

I'm guessing what probably happened is that they pushed some patch delaying the release. While this is not surprising and not a problem, they really shouldn't have built up all that hype around a release time. :/ Now I am le annoyed.
